1958 Packard Hawk Classic Car Photos
From the Ocean Beach Pier
The 1958 Packard Hawk was one of the last cars ever produced before Packard went out of business and merging with Studibaker. The company’s had a hard time surviving when Pontiac bought out Fisher body frames and put the companies in a position where outsourcing a new reliable frame builder and overcoming the effects of a recession were not able to keep the doors of the company open.
There were however some amazing cars built by Packard and the “Hawk” is certainly one of the best. The car almost has a modern day look and the fins on the back end make anyone take notice of this spitfire of a car.
Check out the photos of this rare and fully restored Packard Hawk photographed by SoCal Beaches Magazine on the Ocean Beach Pier.
